The DiMe Sensor Data Integrations project will drive the successful scaling of sensor data across the healthcare continuum. By ensuring that sensor data is accessible, trustworthy, and relevant, the use of digital clinical measures can power better decisions, faster, across healthcare and research.
Who are our members?
Organizations, including government, that are leaders in the field across the health-tech continuum and willing to come together in the pre-competitive environment to advance the field for all.
What are we focusing on in the project?
This project will allow clinicians, patients, and researchers to use sensor generated data to make better decisions, faster.
When will the project outputs be launched?
DiMe and partners on this project are committed to clinical quality work on a tech timeline. Action oriented resources will be launched in spring 2022.
Why are we working on this project with our members?
Right now, we cannot practically introduce sensors at scale in either clinical research or patient care environments. Until we can easily connect wearables and other sensors to a system where their data is handled so it is trustworthy and available, we cannot take advantage of remote patient monitoring to improve lives.
How are we going to reach our objectives?
By establishing best practices for all stakeholders engaged in scoping, selecting, and/or implementing the integration of sensor data and algorithms to a cloud platform.
