The Digital Medicine Society, Inc., a Massachusetts non-profit corporation (“DiMe”) is organized and operated exclusively for educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The specific purpose for which the DiMe is organized is to optimize public health through the advancement of digital medicine by methods including, but not limited to: encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration by professionals at the intersection of the global healthcare and technology communities; conducting scientific research and teaching; and promoting the adoption of best practices in digital medicine, all in the public interest.
